Madilynn Banks began working with the firm in 2023. As a law clerk, she strives to provide clients with consistent communication and invaluable service. Her support for the attorneys is unwavering and her contributions are seen in every case.
Throughout her time with the firm, Madilynn has worked on dozens of cases that have developed her abilities to provide high quality service in all phases of civil litigation. She has participated in several cases from inception to resolution where she was the primary coordinator for client communication, adherence to federal and local court rules, and final review and filing for all motions, briefs, notices, and legal documents. Madilynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and a Juris Master in American Legal Studies, both earned with honors. She is currently enrolled in the Vermont Law Office Study Program, which, upon completion, will qualify her to sit for the Vermont Bar Exam and pursue a career as an attorney.
