Brittany Clark has extensive experience representing clients during all phases of litigation, spanning from the initiation of a case through trial, judgment, and appeal. She has litigated numerous consumer protection putative class actions, and has briefed, argued, and prevailed on many TCPA issues. She has successfully certified TCPA class action lawsuits and has led a case to resolution on a class-wide basis after certification.
The majority of her practice is in federal courts across the country, where she is a skilled and experienced litigator. Before joining the firm, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Dennis W. Shedd of the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Terry L. Wooten of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
